The equipment mainly through the double tube stack structure mode and the organic integration of heat exchanger and drying chamber, making sludge in the equipment “take three steps back and two steps” to do reciprocating movement, and at the same time, it is closely in contact with the drying room lifting device, accelerate the heat transfer effect, not only can improve the utilization of heat energy, but also improve the production efficiency of the equipment.
Fourth, drying temperature and air velocity. The temperature and air velocity of steam sludge dryer also affect the production efficiency of the equipment. If the temperature is high and the air volume is large, the heat transfer efficiency is high, the sludge stays in the equipment for a short time, and the production efficiency will be improved naturally. On the contrary, low temperature and small air volume will lead to low heat transfer efficiency, long stay time of sludge in the equipment and decrease of production efficiency.
Fifth, the moisture content of sludge after drying. Under the same initial water content and drying conditions, if the sludge drying requirements are high, the longer the sludge stays in the equipment, the lower the efficiency of sludge will gradually decrease.
